Moddy for Business

Start with a paid pilot. Continue with a one-year agreement.

Every engagement starts with a scoping call and a 30-day pilot, judged on how well Moddy fits your product. If it's working, we keep going. If it isn't, you opt out with no further commitment.

Four steps, from first call to production

About six weeks from first call to a decision.

Scope

We agree on your use case, sports, markets, models or ranked picks, delivery method, and your brand and responsible-gambling requirements. Together we set the measures the pilot will be judged on: how well Moddy fits your product, not betting results. Betting performance takes far longer than 30 days to read.

30 days

Paid pilot

For Moddy Signals, we set up your ranked picks and predictions and deliver them to a test group of your users. For Moddy Labs, we set up your Lab and help your team build its first models. The pilot fee covers implementation and all 30 days of service. We check in regularly against the measures we agreed: delivery reliability, integration, content quality, and your engagement metrics. You can watch each model’s graded results build throughout.

Decide

At the end of the pilot, you choose. If it's working, we move to a one-year agreement. If it isn't, you opt out, with no further commitment.

Production

We roll out to your users, with ongoing configuration, new ranked pick lists, and support.

Your guidelines

Brand and compliance rules we should follow

Start with a scoping call.

Tell us about your product and your audience. We'll come back with a proposed pilot scope.
Moddy starts at less than the data alone would cost you. We’ll quote your pilot after the scoping call.

Questions partners ask

What does a pilot cost?

It depends on scope.Moddy starts at less than the data alone would cost you. The pilot fee covers implementation and service for the whole pilot, and we quote it after the scoping call, once we know what you need.

Is this an off-the-shelf product?

The engine runs in production today. Each engagement is configured to your use case: your boards, your voice, your delivery.

Do I need a data scientist?

No. That's the point of Moddy Labs. It does the work a data science team would do, and our team can build models for you if you'd rather start that way.

We already have a data science team. Is Labs for us?

Yes. Labs gives them a ready-made pipeline for sports prediction models, so new ideas go from concept to live predictions faster. Their work happens in Labs, since Moddy doesn't import predictions from outside systems.

Can you rank our existing models?

We work with models built on Moddy and don't import predictions from outside systems. Your team can build in Moddy Labs, and those models are ranked and briefed like ours.

Can it match our brand?

Briefings follow your brand’s voice and terminology, and they link into your product. How picks and analysis appear and get shared from there is up to you. The Labs workspace itself runs as Moddy.

Who can use what?

Moddy-produced content is licensed to you to publish. In Moddy Labs, your models and the picks and data they produce are used only by your team, never in Moddy's own products.

How do you handle responsible gambling?

Moddy’s outputs are model outputs: information, not betting advice. Briefings never promise results, every featured pick and parlay names its risk, and every model’s graded record shows how it actually performs. We expect our partners to follow the responsible-gambling guidelines that apply to them.

Do you work with sportsbooks?

Requirements vary by state, so sportsbook partnerships are considered case by case.
